This week, every morning, I'm reminding myself to forgo coffee for water with lemon instead. This is a tough choice, because I love my coffee. I realize though that caffeine is not the best choice for me and starting my day with lemon water is so much more beneficial. Plus, I've been reading this book and I'm intrigued by alkalizing foods and their affects on beauty and weight loss. So I'm going to try harder than ever to skip my usual cup of Joe. I know if I start my morning off right that I'll be more likely to make good choices the rest of the day. Won't you join me?
